I offer one-on-one executive leadership coaching and executive team coaching to leaders at all levels, and coach teams through strategic offsite facilitation. About Me

I am a leader, coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 20 years of professional experience, working both internally - in Human Resources, People & Culture, and Software Engineering - and as an external coach and consultant. My experience is primarily in the tech industry, helping teams prepare and manage during big changes like PE investment, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership transitions. Regardless of my official role or title, I have used my coaching and facilitation skills to help leaders and teams achieve outcomes for themselves, their teams and their business. I was raised in Southern California, spent a lot of years in Phoenix, earned my MSc in Leadership and Organizational Development from UT Dallas, and now love calling Denver, CO home. I am a musician, an adventurer, a wife, mom, sister and daughter.
